How we compare

Editorial Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This page explains how Longevity Compass decides which telehealth platforms to feature, how we compare them, and how we keep our recommendations independent of the money we make.

Who we are

We are an independent information resource — not doctors, pharmacists, or a medical provider. Nothing we publish is medical advice, and we don't make treatment decisions. Our job is to help you compare legitimate, licensed platforms so you can have a better-informed conversation with a qualified provider.

Our standards for inclusion

A platform is only eligible to appear on Longevity Compass if it:

We do not list sellers of "research only" or "not for human consumption" products, unapproved grey-market vials, or any source that ships prescription-style products without a genuine provider relationship.

How we evaluate and rank

When we compare platforms within a category, we weigh:

Any ratings or "best for" labels reflect our editorial assessment against these criteria. They are opinions, not guarantees, and your experience may differ.

Independence from compensation

We earn commissions from some platforms (see our Advertising Disclosure). Rankings are not for sale. Commission rates do not determine the order in which platforms appear. Where a commercial arrangement could reasonably influence placement, we disclose it on the page.

Accuracy, updates, and corrections

Prices, program details, and availability are set by the platforms and can change at any time; always confirm current details on the platform's own site. We review our comparisons periodically and update them as we become aware of changes. If you spot something inaccurate, email hello@longevity-compass.com and we'll review it promptly.
